MASSAGE
Massage therapy is one of the oldest healthcare practices known. References to massage are found in ancient Chinese medical texts written more than 4,000 years ago. Massage has been advocated in Western healthcare practices since the time of Hippocrates, the “father of medicine.” Typically, massage is delivered to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid (part of immune system), to reduce muscular tension, to affect the nervous system through stimulation or relaxation, and to enhance tissue healing.
SOUND BOWLS
The ancient Greeks used music to cure mental disorders and throughout history music has been used to help people work faster, influence, and boost morale. Humans have a natural instinct for sound therapy. Sound healing synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. It can shift one from the low energy states of guilt, fear, and sadness to the higher vibrations of love and joy. The benefits are lower stress levels, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, and fewer mood swings. Sessions start at $200 for a private group.

SAUNA/HALOTHERAPY
Relax in our Infrared Salt Cave Sauna. Reiki is hands-off form of natural healing using the universal life force energy. Reiki can be used alongside our other complementary treatments and is used to help promote harmony & balance and create a deep relaxation in the body to help reduce stress and tension. Reiki also assists the body in cleansing itself from toxins and supports the immune system which can accelerate the body’s self-healing ability and promotes better sleep. Private session duration: 60 minutes offered at $125.
FOREST BATHING
Forest Bathing is the Japanese art of “Shinrin Yoku”, translated as: ‘taking in the forest air with all the senses. It is a gentle, immersive, intentional, and meditative walk through the forest that has been found to reduce stress, boost immune function, as well as increase focus and productivity. Experience sights and sounds that enliven your senses, allowing you to connect deeply and personally with the forest. This experience allows you to tap into an intuitive and ancient practice of wellbeing that has inspired human beings for millennia – the transformative spirit of the forest.
