Wellness Center Classes & Experiences

Do we need to book services and experiences in advance?

To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking all treatments and experiences in advance. 

What time should I arrive for a class or a service?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your class or experience so you can familiarize yourself with your surroundings, and in some cases, fill out a health questionnaire.

What is the cancellation policy?

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid a 50% charge or redemption from your gift voucher.

What is the minimum age for a class or experience?

We accept ages of all kinds!  We are a family friendly facility, however, there are some treatments and classes that do have an age minimum.  Please call us to inquire.

Do I need to pay for my treatment at the time of booking?

All classes and experiences can be paid for on the day of the booking or you can prepay on our website at www.takodawellness.com.

 

Ranch House Rental

How many people does the house accommodate?

It accommodates up to 6 people comfortably.  You can request for additional people to stay, we have foam mattresses if you are traveling with children.  

Can I have more than 6 people?

You can request to have more than 6, however, we are capped at 8 people.  

If I’m renting the house, can I host an event on the property?

We get calls often for people that want to host weddings or birthday parties and we are happy to accommodate you.  Please call us for special arrangements and pricing.  

 

Can I bring my dog?

We love fury friends at the ranch, however, due to the horses and cattle residing so close to the house on the property, we only allow our guests to bring registered service animals.  

Can I walk around the property?

We have special designated areas that you can walk around.  Under no circumstances, are guests allowed to walk freely in any pastures where animals are.  This is for the safety of our guests and our animals.
