Guided Nature Walks & Fitness Trail Runs

Come get your exercise and learn about the plants and animals that live among us here in Central Florida. The property features large live oak trees, as well as many natural water features. Walking along a trail boosts your spirits, sharpens your concentration, improves balance, strengthens your core, and can boost bone density.

Yoga, Pilates, & Movement

Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body’s abilities at the present moment and helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. Practicing yoga improves your flexibility and strength, reduces low back pain, eases stress and anxiety, and improves sleep. You will stand up straighter and feel more at peace.

The benefits of Pilates go way beyond core strength and lower back health; it focuses on stability and controlling your muscles so that you get better mobility and strength. This allows you to find a better range of motion and to move easier. There are a lot of cues to coordinate your breath and movement while engaging your abs in every move. The exercises are slow and controlled, and you will work muscles you never knew you had!

Reiki Healing & Energy Work

Reiki is a hands-on form of natural healing using the universal life force energy. Reiki can be used alongside our other complementary treatments and is used to help promote harmony & balance and create a deep relaxation in the body to help reduce stress and tension. Reiki also assists the body in cleansing itself from toxins and supports the immune system which can accelerate the body’s self-healing ability and promotes better sleep.
