Breathwork is the active form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you to that place very quickly.

7:30pm – Opening Ceremony, Setting intentions around the fire and opening Breathwork
Saturday
8:30 am – Breakfast
10:00 am – Sharing circle
11:30 am – Breathwork
1:00 pm – Lunch
In the afternoon, you will have free time to meditate, walk along a nature trail, see the cows and horses, and integrate. Afternoon refreshments will be available.
6:45 pm – Sunset Breathwork
8:00 pm – Dinner Celebration
