Slow Flow & Yin Yoga with Trudy and Cow Experience

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. This class is being taught by Trudy. After class, you will have the chance to hang out with our cows and hopefully snap some selfies!
