Danielle’s health journey began twenty years ago after the birth of her son. She lost weight through planning her meals and exercise and was inspired to become a personal trainer and a physical education teacher at a private school in Virginia. Later in her fitness career, Danielle found yoga as a method of stress reduction and back pain relief.
She is a Certified Yoga Teacher and an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Fitness Nutrition. Danielle wants to create a space for her clients to live a happy healthy life through a set of regular practices including meal prepping, meditation, daily movement, and strategic life scheduling. In September of 2018, she completed Yoga Medicine’s Cadaver Lab Dissection for Yoga Teachers. She encourages body awareness and mindfulness throughout her classes. This offers students the opportunity to work on their range of motion, strength, core stability, relaxation, and confidence.
